Grind is Naughty Gym’s add-on workout focused on endurance and stamina. Once you’ve done your  NUDE or ORGY workout of the day, if you are still feeling great and wanting a little more, simply jump  into that day’s GRIND workout. It’s perfect for those days where you have a little extra time and plenty  of extra energy. 

The GRIND add-on will usually take less than 30 minutes while focusing on monostructural cardio…  rowing, running, biking, etc., and is a great way to burn some extra calories!
