Orgy is Naughty Gym’s full functional fitness program using a larger array of equipment. You’ll need a  good home gym or access to a commercial gym to do most of these workouts. 

Of course if you don’t have all the equipment needed for a particular workout, you can always opt  for any of the other workout variations that day. 

Listed below are the most commonly used pieces of equipment for the Orgy program: 

  1. Barbell and plates 
  2. Dumbbells 
  3. Kettlebells 
  4. Rower, Bike, or Treadmill 
  5. Pull-up Bar 
  6. Medicine Balls 
  7. Rack for Squatting and Pressing 

You won’t find a more complete program anywhere. This program is diverse and thorough but doable  by anyone.
