RIPPED is Naughty Gym’s functional bodybuilding add-on designed to help grow and firm those  muscles! 

This is a short little addition to any of our 2 primary workouts but pairs especially well with NUDE  since it uses the same minimal amount of equipment.

RIPPED can usually be completed in 15 minutes or less. If you are pressed for time but would like a  little extra work on top of your main workout, RIPPED is a great addition. 

You’ll be amazed at the variety that can be achieved with just a set of dumbbells and your  bodyweight. You’re going to really feel that traditional bodybuilding pump from every RIPPED  workout!
